History

  • 1972: photo of the plane and the crash landing in 1974
  • January 21, 1974 : ran off the runway while landing in a storm and monsoonal rain at Broome, Australia. The undercarriage collapsed and both propellers separated from the engines. It was written off and abandoned painted in the then Ansett/MMA livery with the fake registration VN-BME.
  • 1977: turned into a tourism office
